To help you better understand our services, let's define a few things and show you a couple scenarios.
Defined: Registration Points and Levels
Registration points are determined by how many products you decide to customize for your fundraising package. Each product has a point value and the sum of these products determines your registration level. See our customizable products catalog for the point values of each of our customized products.

Refund sales levels for registration fees do not represent the amount of money we expect your fundraiser to earn – on the contrary, it is just the tip of the iceberg!! The refund level is simply our way of offering you truly risk-free and investment-free fundraising. Once your sales reach the specified level for your package, your registration fee will be returned to you. Your fundraiser will carry on and continue to raise money.
Important Note: Points are used for registration purposes only. Once your fundraiser is set-up, supporters will purchase products by cash, credit card or check. |
Sample Scenarios
The scenarios below are just examples of how you can tailor our fundraisers to suit your needs.
Scenario 1
Sterling Animal Shelter is trying to raise money for their “Proper Pet Care” awareness program. Their goal is to raise $500. Because the shelter is not open to the public, they decide to utilize YCC's online fundraising program. The shelter decides to go with a paw-print product theme; offering key chains, cell phone charms and earrings that will all be customized with their logo. The items they choose have a combined value of 10 points, so they choose a Level 1 registration package. The shelter will earn money any time a supporter buys their customized products. When supporters shop from the General Merchandise area they will indicate the shelter as the cause they are supporting; 25% of the proceeds from these purchases will go to the shelter as well. The shelter’s registration fee will be refunded once they reach $250 in sales. They will continue to earn money on an ongoing basis even after reaching their refund sales level.

Scenario 2
The youth group for Grace Church would like to raise $1000 for their annual “Feed the Hungry” campaign. The group decides to offer a variety of products that will appeal to everyone; tote bags, key chains, sunglasses and bracelets for a combined total of 20 points. They register for a Level 2 combo package so they can sell products before and after church as well as online. The youth group does not have a logo, so YCC will design the artwork for their custom products. The group will earn money any time a supporter buys their customized products. When supporters shop from the General Merchandise area they will indicate the Grace Church as the cause they are supporting; 25% of the proceeds from these purchases will go to the youth group as well. Once the sales of the youth group reach $350, their initial registration fee will be refunded. The youth group will continue to earn money on an ongoing basis even after reaching their refund sales level.

Scenario 3
The Kissimmee competitive cheer team needs to raise $2500 for traveling expenses to the national championship. The group decides to offer products that are favorites of the team; megaphone necklaces and earrings, watches and teddy bears all customized with their teams logo - a combined total of 30 product points. The cheer team has permission to sell products before and after their competitions, so they decide to register for a Level 3 combo package. The team will earn money any time a supporter buys their customized products. When supporters shop from the General Merchandise area they will indicate the Kissimmee competitive cheer team as the cause they are supporting; 25% of the proceeds from these purchases will go to the team as well. Once the team’s sales reach $450 their registration fee will be refunded. The cheer team will continue to earn money on an ongoing basis even after reaching their refund sales level.

The club decides to offer a variety of products; hats, t-shirts, sunglasses, key chains, bookmarks, bracelets and cell phone charms – a combined total of 40 product points. The club will sell the customized products at school events and online, so they register for a Level 4 combo package. The booster club will earn money any time a supporter buys their customized products. When supporters shop from the General Merchandise area they will indicate Lewiston High School as the cause they are supporting; 25% of the proceeds from these purchases will go to booster club as well. Once the booster club has sold $550 in products their registration fee will be refunded. The club will continue to earn money on an ongoing basis even after reaching their refund sales level.
